We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our client's team in West Chester, PA. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing collections, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. Apply directly if you are interested.

work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Must have experience in accounts receivable collection.
- Related experience in a fast-paced environment
- Process all invoices and distribute to customers (through email or mail)
- Works within the company's overall accounting and control functions. Ensure that the company maintains financial and non-financial controls, and utilizes information technology in the accumulation, analysis, interpretation, and distribution of financial information.
- Ensure that accounting records provide accurate and timely information in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and in compliance with federal, state, and international tax jurisdictions.
- Maintain AR ledger and prepare monthly reconciliation in accordance with GAAP
- Responsible for collection of all outstanding invoices in the US and international.
