We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at a leading manufacturing company. This role involves generating invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and managing collections while ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with company policies.

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Record and apply customer payments, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on past-due accounts, and manage collections.
- Maintain and update customer account records, including credit limits and payment terms.
- Prepare and distribute AR aging reports, assisting with month-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
