$18.15 per hour, $1000 sign on bonus when hired on perm plus benefits day 1. In partnership with Adient in Murfreesboro we have production full seat assembly line openings. Hired on by Adient after 90 days worked or 520 hours if you meet all requirements, $1 increase in 6 months. 3rd shift Sunday- Thursday start at either 8pm, 9pm or 10:30pm, must have flexiblity with end of shift time.

Responsibilities

Working at the seating plant performing full seat assembly on a fast paced moving production line.

• Will be using air powered hand tools putting these seats together,air screw guns,hog ring guns and riveting.
• Fast Paced Production Technician building the car seats
• Production /Assembly experience a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand throughout the duration of the shift, do job rotation and have good eye-hand coordination
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds;requires upper body strength

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
