Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and maintain accurate records.
- Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
- Assist with basic office duties, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
