About This Job

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executives and team members.
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
