Are you passionate about helping children and families in crisis? We are seeking a Call Specialist fluent in to provide compassionate and professional support to children, sponsors, and community members. This role requires communication skills, crisis intervention expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to calls with professionalism and sound judgment, including crisis situations
- Provide referrals, service planning, and documentation for all calls
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with ORR, legal service providers, and government agencies
- Assess child safety concerns and make appropriate referrals
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
