What are the responsibilities and job description for the COLLECTIONS ASSOCIATE position at Randstad?
As a Collections Specialist to reach out to clients with outstanding balances, collect payments, and maintain positive billing relationships. This role also involves assisting clients with invoice or payment inquiries and supporting other accounting functions as needed. Must have good communication and documentation skills, ability to follow up and maintain relationships with clients, strong phone skills, comfort with basic Excel and other Microsoft programs. Collections and / or customer service experience preferred.
salary : $20 - $21 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM
education : High School
Responsibilities
- Contact clients with outstanding balances to collect payments owed to Vcorp.
- Maintain positive and professional billing relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to invoices, payments, and services provided.
- Provide support and guidance to clients regarding billing issues and payment processes.
- Assist with additional accounting department functions as needed.
