What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation Analyst position at Randstad?
We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Incentive Compensation team. This position provides administrative / analytical support and manages day to day tasks of compensation calculations which includes field questions, problem solving and issue resolution.
What you get to do :
Support the day to day administration of compensation plans including :
validating HR data
initial plan set up
quota and territory changes
ensuring all compensation methodologies, policies, procedures and governance are followed
collaborate with internal stakeholders including Field, Accounting and Finance
support the monthly / quarterly / annual incentive payout process including manual compensation adjustments, calculations and approval process.
What you need to bring :
2-4 years of accounting, compensation or human resources experience
Degree or equivalent work experience necessary
Analysis and advanced excel skills a must
Financial modeling experience a plus
Variable compensation calculation experience a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvement

Pay Rate : $93,700.00 - $65,835.00 Annually

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
