Experience with Buildertrend software is preferred, and estimating skills are a plus. As our experienced team transitions into retirement, we are looking for a superintendent who can handle complex, custom builds and potentially grow into a Project Manager role overseeing multiple supers. Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction of custom luxury waterfront homes from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain relationships with clients, architects, and designers , ensuring expectations are met
- Manage on-site crews , ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Utilize Buildertrend software to track project progress, schedules, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
- Assist with estimating and budgeting when necessary
- Report directly to the Construction Manager , keeping leadership updated on project status
- Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all phases of construction
