Construction Superintendent to lead water and wastewater construction projects near Manhattan, KS. This role oversees field teams, subcontractors, and materials to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Superintendent will collaborate with leadership to plan, execute, and deliver projects on schedule while maintaining regulatory compliance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise construction crews, including Foremen, Operators, and Workers, across all project phases
- Plan daily operations, manage schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings and site inspections
- Oversee material procurement, inventory control, and equipment utilization
- Mentor and develop field personnel, promoting growth and skill enhancement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address project needs, challenges, and customer service concerns
**Qualifications:**
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)

This is a direct hire role, and relocation is available for qualified candidates.
A valid driver's license is required.
This position is located in Fort Riley, Kansas.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of water and wastewater construction experience, including four years as a Utility foreman.
Proficiency in operating and instructing others in heavy equipment use, trench box handling, and excavation techniques is essential.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
