Position Overview : The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end residential construction, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage subcontractors and on-site teams. Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishes specific to luxury homes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and scheduling tools.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety credentials are a plus.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain focus on delivering an exceptional product.
