Randstad Enterprises is seeking a GxP Content Designer to join a leading pharmaceutical company’s Biomanufacturing site training team in Durham, NC. This role focuses on designing and updating high-quality, compliant training materials to ensure operational excellence. Location : Durham, NC (100% On-Site) Pay Rate : $34 / hour Contract Type : Temp-to-Perm (6-month initial contract)Required Skills & Tools :
- Instructional Design & Training Development (focus on cGMP, technical skills, supervisory training)
- E-Learning Tools : Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate
- Video & Recording Software
- Microsoft Suite
- Experience designing assessments, online testing, OJT checklists, surveys, and certifications
- Collaboration skills to ensure training programs meet compliance and industry best practices
Qualifications :
Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in a related field 2 years of relevant experience Minimum : Associate degree in a related field 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
Develop and enhance functional training content for Biomanufacturing Operations, aligning with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with managers, training teams, manufacturing teams, and SMEs to create engaging learning experiences using modern instructional design principles.
Utilize cutting-edge instructional design approaches to maintain excellence and consistency in training materials.
Support additional learning projects and initiatives as needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using frameworks like Kirkpatrick’s levels of measurement (I-IV) to drive continuous improvement.
