Responsibilities
- Conducted contract submission processes and audited provider information systems using Provider Load Forms for hospital and delegated contracts.
- Processed Salesforce cases for new contracts, amendments, provider additions, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborated with configuration and credentialing teams to address inquiries regarding contracts or provider updates.
