Apply now to discuss.salary : $21 - $23 per hourshift : Firstwork hours : 8 AM - 4 PMeducation : AssociateResponsibilities Access Vendor Portals to review, understand and follow each customer's order ensuring the appropriate timing, packaging, labeling and shipment requirements are followed. Process orders in EDI, correct pricing errors and release orders to shipping. Process manual orders via purchase orders received via email, fax etc. and EDI. Enter purchase orders into JD Edwards (E1) release order number to the appropriate warehouse. Answer customer's inquiries such as pricing, availability, confirm order details including ship dates. Issuing credit Work with Accounts Receivable to manage all deductions for retail customer accounts. Effective dispute, credit or request miscellaneous credits to clear any open balances. Verify that On Time Delivery for Retail customers Update the Transportation Management System (TMS) when orders are ready to ship, retrieve shipping ID and ensure proper routing of logistics. Enter Return Good Authorizations (RGA) and handle all discrepancies for Retail customers.
