Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers across various locations.
• Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience.

What You Bring:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and handle a high volume of calls.

• Must be located in the Columbus, OH area and able to work on-site as needed.
