Position Overview : As a Financial Services Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, providing accurate information about our range of financial products and services, and assisting them in resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to inbound calls from clients and provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Address client inquiries regarding financial products, account information, transactions, and policies.
- Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, and other financial topics.
Qualifications :
IMPORTANT : This is a HYBRID role, combining work from home and office presence. You MUST live within 25-30 miles of our Malvern / Paoli, PA office.
