We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the welcoming face of our organization at our Assembly Row location. In this role, you will create a warm and professional environment for employees, visitors, and vendors while ensuring smooth front desk operations. shift : First

work hours : 7 : 30 AM - 5 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage the front desk reception area, greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle visitor check-ins, temporary badge access, and parking validation.
  • Direct guests to meeting locations and answer general inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, supply distribution, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with Workplace Services and Security to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

What We’re Looking For :

Must-Haves :

  • 1-3 years of administrative or front desk experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability—must be ready to start work by 7 : 30 AM daily .
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience with time and project management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a team-oriented environment.
