As a Data Entry Clerk, Job Duties include :
- Reviews contracts for completeness, validation and qualification of customer information.
- Indexing of documentation and validation of payment instructions.
- Managing the documentation from receipt to retention and ensuring that the High Risk payment information is validated and reviewed for completeness and accuracy during the entering process.
- Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry.
- Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Skills :
- 2 years working in the Financial Field, Mortgage Industry or Banking Environment.
- Possess a high attention to detail & focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time during repetitive work.
