Project & Application Management
- Leads IT projects, managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitors project progress and addresses issues.
- Runs meetings and updates stakeholders.
- Reviews project documents and manages non-ERP applications (like Workday).
- Collaborates with users for updates and helps integrate new companies.
- Identifies vendors for business solutions.
