Join a startup team that is advancing their life saving product to market as the Director of Quality Assurance! This team is rapidly growing and is aiming to save a countless amount of lives! This Director role will lead the team in all aspects of quality and will be responsible for establishing the quality culture throughout the company! Because the company is in the earlier stages of being started, we would prefer someone who has proven to be resourceful! This is a direct hire opportunity. Candidates should have at least 12 years of quality engineering experience in medical devices.

- Oversee planning, developing, and implementing quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives
- Develop and implement QMS strategy
- Oversee training programs, standards, tools, and quality culture
- Assist with SOW, Audits, and regulatory requirements
