Responsibilities
- Assemble defibrillator units and subassemblies in accordance with detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Interpret assembly blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation accurately.
- Utilize precision tools and equipment to install electronic and mechanical components.
- Perform in-process quality checks and final functional tests to ensure device reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Document assembly data and maintain accurate production records for traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to resolve assembly issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with established safety protocols.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas to enhance overall production efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
- Experience in machining or working with PCB (Printed Circuit Boards).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
