You should have a BS Civil Engineering, BS Construction Management, or similar, and be eager to learn construction project management. The title of this role is actually Project Manager! Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
Monitor cost variances and implement corrective actions to maintain budget control
Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and field crews
Work closely with quality control personnel to maintain high standards requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Co-op or internship experience a plus
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to work on a long-tenured team, as well as the ability to be self-lead
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Ability to work in the US without present or future visa sponsorship #LI-JH1
