Responsibilities
- Drive results in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual service agreement revenue and profitability targets, focusing on customer retention, contract renewal rates, new contracts, and warranty conversion.
- Coordinate with regional service supervisors to direct resources, ensuring timely, high-quality completion of service agreements.
- Manage projects and service team members to meet customer objectives, schedules, and budgets.
- Review and approve service agreement proposals, ensuring accuracy of information and terms.
- Build customer loyalty by delivering high-value service and consistently meeting customer commitments.
- Oversee administrative tasks including revenue forecasts, scheduling, labor utilization tracking, and first-time fix rates for service agreements.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects using LEAN methodologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Analyze customer complaints, collaborate with service management on corrective actions, and monitor recurring issues.
- Visit customer sites to provide support, audit work, and ensure adherence to service standards and goals.
- Be available during weekends and evenings for customer or service technician support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and innovations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
