Fast growing firm with multiple locations seeking experienced financial accounting professional that works well under pressure and time sensitive deadlines. The right professional for this role will assist a very busy and growing accounting department with accounts receivable, payable, invoices, vendor management, high volume / time sensitive emails, checks, expenses (Expensify) and add / update contacts in Salesforce and deposits. This individual needs to be a self-starter, very organized and great at multi-tasking. Technology savvy is a must! Busy position with overtime! Pay is based on expeirence $24- $28 hourly with minimum of 3 years experience

work hours : 8 AM - 6 PM

The essential functions of this role include :
- working in a smoke free environment
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
