Job Title: Operations Specialist
Job Details:
- Pay: $35 to $40 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Location: Fully Onsite at Hicksville, NY 11801
Job Purpose:
The Operations Specialist will support Signature Financial and SPFC Operations in accordance with established procedures and bank policies. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operational tasks and process management.
- Support financial operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices.
- Maintain compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in operations or financial services preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Candidates may qualify for this position based on the following levels of education and experience:
- Less than high school education; no prior experience or training.
- High school diploma or GED; no prior experience or training.
- High school diploma or GED with one to two years of related experience.
- One year of college or technical school and/or one to three years of related experience.
- Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) from a four-year college or university with three to five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fifth-year college or university program certificate with five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master’s degree (MA, MS, MBA, etc.) or equivalent with five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Doctoral degree (JD or equivalent).
Salary : $35 - $40
