What are the responsibilities and job description for the Government contracts associate position at Randstad?
A business law firm based in Washington, D.C. is hiring a Government Contracts Associate with 4 years of experience to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience regularly representing government contractors in bid protests. Additional experience may include requests for equitable adjustment and claims under the Contracts Disputes Act, FAR compliance, teaming agreements and subcontracts, the False Claims Act, and / or other investigations related to federal procurement law. Experience with the federal small business programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and / or HUBZone programs is a plus. This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates. Must be licensed in D.C. or eligible to waive in. Generous PTO, 401K contribution, profit-sharing program, bar dues / fees paid by firm, health insurance fully paid by firm.
