In partnership with our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, Randstad is currently hiring a Care Management Support Coordinator! This role is based in the PST time zone and involves helping members explore and enroll in the healthcare benefits available to them through their healthcare plan. Location : Remote - PST Rate : $23.00-$25.00 Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. PST Please apply online for consideration!

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Members and discuss healthcare options available.
- Offer them information on various health programs available under their health plan.
- Help members enroll in programs that will benefit their healthcare needs.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and sending confirmations.
