HR Operations Strategist

Schedule: Hybrid - On site Tuesday/Wednesday, Remote Monday/Thursday/Friday

Contract: 7 months, potential for extension or conversion based on business needs

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Minimum five years of business experience with three years in a HR-related role
• HR Certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
• Two or more years corporate recruitment experience
• Knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills
• Works with minimal supervision
• Excellent service delivery skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to the HR team in areas including, but not limited to:

• Implementation of web-based HR technology platforms, leading change management and training programs for user buy-in and adoption.
• Compensation Analysis - research job requirements and positions to ensure equitable and competitive salary benchmarks and pay structure.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement performance management strategies addressing the full life-cycle from goal-setting to performance evaluations.
• Provides recruitment services either through direct hire or working with external partners, including identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best candidates to fill vacancies.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
