Randstad Federal is seeking an HCD SME in support of a program at IRS
location : Frederick, Maryland
job type : Contract
salary : $80 - 90 per hour
work hours : 8am to 4pm

responsibilities :
Lead role understanding the application of Human-Centered Design (HCD) within the context of a Federal Agency including specific methodologies and techniques that would be leveraged in context of both internal employees of the agency and citizens.
Demonstrable skills in research, ethnography, useability testing (Heuristic evaluation inspection methods as an example), observation (stakeholder mapping, experience mapping, customer journey mapping), and affinity Clustering.
Experience in assessing and filtering insights, generating and framing insights; and Generating ideas with the end goal of making insights and ideas actionable.
Core competencies include modeling, written, analytical, and communication skills.
Additional competencies include relationship building, problem solving, product knowledge, and digital literacy.
