We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Industrial HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility HVAC systems and equipment within a cGMP manufacturing environment. The Industrial HVAC Technician will perform HVAC preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical / electrical repairs on systems such as high-capacity chillers, ultra-low refrigeration systems, cooling towers, and liquid pumping systems.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of technical or vocational training preferred (equivalent experience may be substituted).
- At least 10 years of HVAC experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC system installation, operational techniques, and safety compliance.
- Experience with specialized systems such as Daikin, Vilter, and Dunham Bush screw compressor systems preferred.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and repair on complex HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Knowledge of local, state, and HVAC codes required.
