Randstad Enterprises is seeking an Instructional Designer to support the Patient Services team at a leading pharmaceutical company. This role is responsible for developing engaging and effective training materials for both online and in-person learning in Biomanufacturing Pharma Operations. Location : 100% On-Site in Durham, NC Pay Rate : $40 / hour Contract : 1-Year Temp-to-Perm (Potential for Extension or Conversion)Required Skills & Experience :
- 1 years of Instructional Design experience
- Understanding of GxP training requirements
- Experience with eLearning development tools
- Project management skills to track and oversee learning workflows
- Proficiency in digital tools and learning management systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Education Requirements :
Preferred : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field with 1.5 years of experience Minimum : Associate degree with 3 years of experience

Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional materials from scratch for online, eLearning, and in-person training programs.
Lead in-person training sessions to educate teams on biomanufacturing processes and patient services .
Build and implement eLearning modules to enhance knowledge retention and compliance.
Track learning workflows and ensure company compliance with GxP requirements .
Manage training projects , meeting deadlines while maintaining instructional integrity.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align training content with business needs.
