job summary : We have a 6 month contract opportunity for an IT Access Provisioning Analyst. This role is fully remote but must work EST business hours. Job Description : What You Will Do : The IT Access Provisioning Analyst will be responsible for processing client security requests for new, changes, and terminations for user access to The Company applications and services. You will be responsible for the creation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of user accounts. You will need to understand user access mechanisms, Active Directory, and provisioning tools in a variety of systems and applications as used at The Company. You will regularly interact with internal and external clients; therefore, you must have excellent customer service skills, be well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-focused. The candidate should be familiar with the Identity & Access management domain.
