salary : $19.54 - $19.55 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Position Summary & Responsibilities :
- Assist potential members via phone, chat, and email.
- Help prospects navigate our website and answer any questions about Medicare eligibility and benefits.
- Walk prospects through the self-enrollment process and complete enrollments over the phone for those who need assistance.
- Experience & Skills Needed :
- strong administrative skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with individuals at all levels.
- A take-charge attitude to solve problems, research issues, and resolve them effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment.
