Randstad is looking for a Loan Servicing Rep to support loan servicing operations with a well known financial institution in Roanoke, VA. The role involves creating reports in MS Excel, ensuring exceptions are cleared, conducting research on loan documentation, and processing transactions. There is minimal customer interaction, and the position requires flexibility as additional tasks may be assigned. Good attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office are key to success in this role. Position : Loan Servicing Representative Location : Roanoke, VA 24019 Pay : 18 Shift Days / Hours : M-F 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing customer letters notifying them when they are behind on a loan payment
- Creating reports in MS Excel
- Proactively checking to ensure exceptions are cleared
- Looking at Checks and ACH to avoid downstream issues
- Performing research on wholesale commercial loan documentation
- Keying transaction to correct system of record
