Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with previous leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure the maintenance of all production and manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the plant facility and equipment are maintained according to company standards.
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising maintenance personnel.
- Plan, assign, and direct the work of the maintenance team.
- Oversee and participate in the repair and maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment.
- Interpret and implement schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Promote and enforce established safety programs and procedures.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including EEO, Safety, and more.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
