In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all production and manufacturing equipment. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.
salary : $80,000 - $85,000 per year
shift : Third
work hours : 6 PM - 6 AM
education : High School
Responsibilities
- Ensure the plant facility and equipment are maintained according to company standards.
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising maintenance personnel.
- Plan, assign, and direct the work of the maintenance team.
- Oversee and participate in the repair and maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment.
- Interpret and implement schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Promote and enforce established safety programs and procedures.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including EEO, Safety, and More
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
