Here’s what you’ll be doing :
This role involves training operators, leading daily production tasks, and ensuring the efficient, compliant manufacturing of dry powdered cell culture media for pharmaceutical applications.
- Train and Mentor : Guide new operators, assess their performance, and maintain accurate training records.
- Lead Production Activities : Assign tasks, manage shift handoffs, and support project execution with supervisors.
- Operate and Maintain Equipment : Set up, troubleshoot, clean, and inspect complex manufacturing equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
