Responsibilities
- Process billing to payers.
- Investigate denials, resolve, and reconcile all claims for payment.
- Work with outside and internal departments to resolve consumer issues related to billing.
- Follow billing procedures for all tasks assigned.
- Answering phone calls.
- File, Input, monitor, and update data as necessary.
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist in keeping the office neat and clean.
- perform other office duties as required.
