Responsibilities
- Keep track of aging reports for assigned insurance carriers
- Reach out to insurers to discuss settlements and resolve outstanding balances
- Review and respond to EOBs, denials, and rejected claims
- Collect, review, and appeal any unpaid or underpaid claims to make
sure they're handled quickly
