Responsibilities
- In the Operations Processor role, you will perform various clerical tasks focused on processing payments efficiently. Duties include opening, reviewing, sorting, and entering transactions into our proprietary system. Additional responsibilities may involve handling incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, and basic mathematical calculations. You will work under close supervision, following established procedures.
- Support Operations; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine operational support tasks. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information.
