This is a temp to perm opportunity based on performance and attendance record. Details:
- Pay Rate: $20/hr paid weekly
- Hours: 5:30pm-2:00am OR 7:30pm-4:00am (40 hrs/week)
- Duration: 02/03/2025, intent is to convert to perm after 90 days (based on performance and attendance)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customers' complaints/inquiries for a well-renowned banking company.
- Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer in understanding their balances.
- Inbound Call Center - 60-80 calls per day
- Will transfer more escalated calls to various departments.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred, but not required)
- Basic Computer Skills
- Professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check going back to 18 years old
