Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional looking to make a difference in patient care?
We are seeking a Patient Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients across four locations .
Location : Onsite, may be required to float between 4 locations - Seattle (2 locations), Issaquah, and Edmonds
Schedule : Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
If you have at least two years of experience in patient services , enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have solid scheduling and administrative skills , we’d love to hear from you! EPIC experience is a plus , but not required.
- This position will require candidate to answer the phone, check patients in, and schedule appointments for our providers across all 4 locations.
- The main duties include checking patients in for appointments, checking patients out, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the daily schedules.
