Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing :
Department Coordinators provide vital administrative support to a Women's Health Practice, managing patient scheduling, communications, records, and referral processes to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Patient Coordination : Schedule appointments, manage new patient onboarding, and handle referrals.
- Communication Management : Answer calls, relay messages, and provide routine information to patients.
- Records Administration : Maintain, organize, and ensure the confidentiality of patient records and information systems.
