Qualifications :

Process engineering experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
