- Initiates and releases manufacturing and purchased orders in accordance with production requirements and inventory levels.
- Reviews customer backlog to assess demand and prioritize orders accordingly.
- Monitors the status of existing manufacturing and purchase orders, ensuring timely production and delivery.
- Coordinates and schedule the placement of manufacturing and purchase orders, optimizing delivery schedules and production efficiency.
- Collaborates with production teams to align schedules, streamline processes, and meet production goals.
- Communicates effectively with customers regarding order status, changes, and expectations.
- Maintains accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Generates reports as needed for management.
