salary : $19 - $20 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM
education : High School
Responsibilities
- Source materials based on both manual orders and system-generated reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production deadlines.
- Manage the return process and resolve material rejection issues.
- Organize and maintain all purchasing-related documents.
- Assist the Sales team with pricing and part quotation requests.
- Collaborate with the Shipping team to reduce shipping expenses and resolve related concerns.
- Work alongside the Engineering and Quality teams to resolve procurement challenges.
- Provide support to the Inventory team with any receiving discrepancies.
- Help the Business Office address any invoicing issues.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to align with business needs and trends.
