We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting quality audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- The ideal candidate will have an understanding of manufacturing terminology and best practices, as well as knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze data to identify quality issues and recommend / implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints related to product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to
- Analyze supplier processes and planning to ensure compliance with purchase orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.
