Food Packaging Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to oversee and maintain the highest quality and food safety standards in our production facility. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
salary : $62,000 - $70,000 per year

work hours : 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Supervise and enforce quality assurance and food safety programs in accordance with regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, HACCP, SQF, etc.).
- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and verification activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, food safety protocols, and best practices.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HACCP plans, and quality records.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and sanitation teams to drive continuous quality improvements.
- Ensure raw materials and finished products meet company specifications before release.
- Assist in third-party audits and regulatory inspections.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any deviations.
