What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality inspector position at Randstad?
At Randstad, we're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Quality Inspectors. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to ensuring the highest quality products reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure high-quality standards.
- Monitor and/or complete finished product inspections to guarantee accuracy.
- Release products for shipment after thorough quality checks.
- Audit inspection paperwork to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Verify production build schedule and final production build match to ensure consistency.
- Report gaps and issues discovered during audits, and participate in training as needed.
- Record daily in-process inspection findings, non-conforming components, and scrap.
- Lead daily quality start-up discussions with the production team to maintain a culture of compliance.
- Identify and report issues caused by discrepancies in work instructions, BOMs, and work practices.
- Create and update quality inspection graphs, spreadsheets, and other tools to support quality processes.
