Quality technician

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Quality Technician to ensure products meet established quality standards. Must be willing to commute to Poway. In this role, you will perform inspections, tests, and measurements on products to verify they meet required specifications, identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions. You will collaborate with the quality control team to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.salary : $22 - $27 per hourshift : Firstwork hours : 8 AM - 5 PMeducation : High SchoolResponsibilities Perform inspections, tests, and measurements on products to ensure they meet quality specifications Identify and address quality issues during production and implement corrective actions Set up equipment and gather necessary materials to maintain product quality Review and interpret customer specifications, prints, and related documentation Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages of production Monitor production processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement Maintain proper documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions Conduct visual inspections to detect product defects or non-conformities Work proactively to resolve quality problems quickly and efficiently Uphold the company's quality policies in all tasks Be flexible and willing to cross-train across different departments and equipment Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment Previous inspection experience preferred Ability to read and interpret customer specifications, blueprints, and other technical documents Basic visual inspection skills to identify defects Good oral and written communication skills Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations High school diploma or equivalent requiredSkillsInspectionQuality AssuranceQuality ControlDisassemblyElectronic MaintenanceProduct InspectionBlueprint ReadingMath and CalculationQualificationsYears of experience : 2 yearsExperience level : ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
