Quality Technician for a leading manufacturing company based in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting any quality problem reported during the launching phases.

Required Qualifications :
Must have Quality experience within a manufacturing environment
Ability to provide hands-on troubleshooting to resolve quality issues
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Basic measuring tool knowledge

responsibilities :
Communicate with customer quality representatives to review any problem reported during the launching phases
Performs any containment and / or reworks, as well as material certification at customer locations
Supports Quality Residents in the coordination of containment activities
Provide clear and consistent information after any quality issue is reported and investigated
Completes hands-on troubleshooting of quality issues
